PARKING RATES:
First 45 minutes: COMPLIMENTARY GRACE PERIOD
No partial credit or discount applied for the first 45 minutes once that time is passed.
46 - 60 Minutes: $2.00
61 - 120 Minutes: $4.00
Each additional hour: $2.00 (partial hours round up).
Maximum Daily Rate / Lost Ticket: $20.00.
Rates are based on the total time (entry to exit).
PARKING POLICIES:
No overnight parking.
Vehicle owner must remain on the property.
Parking lot hours: 5:00 AM - Midnight.
This property utilizes License Plate Reader (LPR) technology within the private, on-site paid parking lot. Entry into the parking facility constitutes consent to the collection and use of vehicle license plate data for parking management, enforcement, and related operational purposes.

No Outside Food or Drinks - To support our on-site businesses, River Street Marketplace does not allow outside food or drinks to be brought in or consumed on the property. This includes all items from personal coolers. Thank you for your cooperation.
Common Area Seating/Tables - All seating is first come, first serve. Guests are not permitted to place signs or markers indicating that the tables are “reserved".” You are, however, welcome to bring a tablecloth for your meal. Tables must remain in their original locations and may not be moved. Please note, that outside food and drinks are not allowed. Anyone found cooking, using a crockpot, or bringing in outside food or beverages will be asked to leave. Groups are welcome to use up to 4 square tables for their gathering so that seating remains available for all guests. To maintain clear walkways and a consistent guest experience, decorations- including balloons- are not permitted in the common areas.
Dogs - Must be leashed at all times throughout the market, and humans should make sure to clean up after their pets.
Bikes - Please walk your e-bikes, bikes, scooters, skateboards through the Center. Bike racks are located near the water tower entrance Los Rios and River Street and also at Paseo Adelanto and River Street.
Alcoholic Beverages - Only alcohol purchased from Capo Leisure House can be consumed in the common areas of the Center. Alcoholic beverages purchased from any other restaurant can’t be opened/consumed in the common area.
Lost & Found - Check in with CAPO Leisure House to see if your lost item has been turned in.
CAPO LEISURE HOUSE - Beverages must remain in the Common Area and are not allowed inside other businesses.

River Street Marketplace (the “Center”) is privately owned property consisting of shopping, dining, parking, entertainment, and other common areas. The public is invited to enjoy the Center’s pleasant, safe, and family-oriented environment during advertised hours of operation for purposes of shopping, dining, entertainment, and enjoying our retail-related amenities.
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, tenants, and employees, River Street Marketplace requests your cooperation and courtesy by following all Center guidelines at all times. Use of this property is by permission and is subject to the control and regulation of the property owner in accordance with applicable laws.
To help maintain a welcoming environment for everyone, individuals engaging in prohibited or disruptive behavior, or violating Center rules, may be asked to leave the property.
River Street Marketplace is a 100% smoke-free property. The use of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes), vapes, chewing tobacco, or illegal paraphernalia is prohibited throughout the property.
Overnight parking and camping are prohibited at all times. Parking is permitted only in designated areas.
Parking or waiting in red zones is prohibited. Red zones are designated for emergency use only and may not be used for loading, unloading, deliveries, or unattended vehicles.
The speed limit throughout River Street Marketplace is 5 mph. Excessive speed, acceleration, loud vehicle noise, burnouts, drifting, donuts, or any destruction of property is strictly prohibited.
Children must be supervised at all times and may not be left unattended. All individuals under 18 years of age must leave the property by 10:00 PM unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Disorderly, disruptive, dangerous, or threatening behavior toward others or Center operations is prohibited.
Defacing, damaging, or destroying property is prohibited.
Illegal dumping or improper disposal of trash, rubbish, or materials is prohibited. All waste must be disposed of in designated receptacles.
Loitering, congregating, blocking accessways, or interfering with the movement of guests or businesses is prohibited.
Soliciting money, donations, or contributions; distributing promotional materials; offering samples; or selling goods or services without prior written approval from River Street Marketplace Management is prohibited.
Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the property. Open containers of alcohol are prohibited except in areas specifically designated for such use by River Street Marketplace or its tenants.
Skating, skateboarding, bicycling, Heelys, Segways, scooters (including e-scooters), e-bikes, hoverboards, or other recreational or personal transportation devices are prohibited on sidewalks and in common areas, except as required under the ADA.
Public performances, demonstrations, group gatherings, distribution of materials, photography shoots, video shoots, or commercial filming are prohibited without prior written consent from River Street Marketplace Management.
Possession of weapons or items that could be used as weapons—including firearms, explosives, fireworks, chemical dispensing devices, knives with blades over two inches, or any object intended to cause harm—is prohibited.
Clothing intended to obscure identity or displaying lewd, obscene, or offensive language or imagery is prohibited. Shoes and appropriate clothing must be worn at all times. Masks may be restricted except when required for medical purposes or by government directive.
Pets must remain on a leash and under physical control at all times and may not be left unattended. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and immediately removing aggressive or threatening animals from the property.
Unattended bags or personal belongings are prohibited and may be subject to search, removal, or disposal.
Photography, videotaping, or filming for commercial or non-personal use is prohibited without prior written consent from River Street Marketplace.
Running, horseplay, throwing objects, or engaging in unsafe conduct is prohibited.
Sitting, standing, climbing, or jumping on planters, railings, fountains, landscaping, rocks, walkways, or other non-designated areas is prohibited. Guests are asked to use designated seating areas only.
Jumping inside elevators is prohibited, as it may cause mechanical imbalance or entrapment.
Sleeping on the property, erecting tents, barbecuing, open fires, or any activity inconsistent with the Center’s intended use as a shopping and entertainment destination is prohibited.
Carrying or transporting large personal belongings or items not intended for conducting business within the Center is prohibited.
By entering River Street Marketplace, guests acknowledge that photography and/or video recording may occur for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes.
Guests are encouraged to report behavior inconsistent with this Code of Conduct to Security at (949) 783-0797. In the event of an emergency, please contact 911.
Entry onto River Street Marketplace property constitutes acceptance of and agreement to comply with this Code of Conduct. Violations may result in removal from the property and/or additional legal action.
